Shop Item Reservation Privilege
Lucky Cat's Jade and Darq Diamond Muse sponsors have the privilege of 'reserving' an item they see and want to purchase later or when available. These can be items not yet released, on preorder, or are currently in the shop. Item can be held for as long as subscription persists, plus up to 2 months after sub is canceled. Preordering an item takes it off hold period, as it is already secured.

Exclusive [Weekly] Project Journal Access
Similar to the base plan's Artist Diary that talks about personal projects, the weekly Project Journal is a blog detailing the Artist's work week projects -- more secret projects and collaborations done for clients, commissions, studios, etc. that will not be available on any platform until weeks, months, or likely over a year later.
7-Day Refund Grace Period
Lucky Cat's Jade and Darq Diamond Muse sponsors can request a refund on their most recently billed renewal, regardless of the reason, so long as they contact for help within 7-days of the renewal date. In order for the refund request to be valid, they cannot have made a Darq Gift request within that grace period week. Those who requested months in advance can still get refunds, as gifts don't start processing until after the grace period ends.
Darq Gifts: How it Works
Lucky Cat's Jade & Darq Diamond Muse Sponsors receive the MONTHLY option to select any one of the physical gift options available to their tier, with Darq Diamond Muses having access to all four. You may receive only ONE of these options per month, and you can elect to have the same or a different reward type the next month.
When signing up, the Artist Darqprism will reach out to the email you have subscribed to the plan with, in order to organize your next month's gift, as well as get to know your preferences if you decide on personally curated or custom items. Sponsors may claim future months in advance if desired as well. Shipping is included.
Darq Gifts begin processing at least 7 days after you are billed, to allow a grace period in case of a refund request. Processing and shipping may altogether take ~1-2 weeks, so you can expect your gift to arrive by the 3rd week of your subscription month, depending on the order volume.
If no response, request, nor prior cancellation of the plan occurs beyond 4 weeks of billing, sponsors will receive the VIP Donor's Shop Advance (Darq Gift option) by default for that billed month.

Curated Surprise Packages
You may elect this First Option as your monthly Darq Gift. An upgraded and more personal version of the blind envelope, this bundle of surprises for the month from the shop, valuing at $100 for Lucky Cat's Jade and $200 for Darq Diamond Muse. The contents are curated by Darqprism based on the recipient's preferences and styles discussed in advance.
Only Darq Diamond Muse sponsors may receive exclusively made items not previously available in the shop or not yet in the shop.
Notice: Unlike the blind envelopes that give the option, this reward does NOT come with a fortune note, but instead a handwritten thank you note.

Dedicated Custom Artwork
Only Darq Diamond Muse Sponsors may elect this Third Option as their monthly Darq Gift. You can receive a custom digital colored sketch commission from the artist herself, completed within 3 hours of work time. Your name or alias will be mentioned beside it when the artwork is posted on social media.
It may look both sketchy and painted, like much of the concept work posted.
Like any other commission, the artwork is free for the recipient to print or use for personal purposes only.

Personal Tarot readings
You may elect this Second Option as your monthly Darq Gift. The Artist is also a 10-yrs experienced tarot reader that now does readings with highly limited availability, prioritized for these two top Tier Sponsors.
Only Darq Diamond Muse sponsors may receive the full detailed written report (samples of emailed PDF or mailed-in Physical).
Lucky Cat's Jade sponsors receive a half-sized version with a single summary.
Unlike those who receive the reading via the shop order, Sponsors can open conversation with the Artist for further clarifications. Learn more about how readings are done by Darqprism, before requesting.

VIP Donor's Shop Advance
You may elect this Fourth Option as your monthly Darq Gift. Receive a direct shop advance (store credit), and gain the privilege to ask for reservations on items before public release.
This option is created for supporters who prefer to simply donate freely that month and NOT to gain traditional monthly rewards. This is implemented in the event a desired item is available for them in store and if the sponsor wants to accept compensation at a later date on their own terms rather than through a surprise package.
Gift cards can also be purchased with this credit.
If no response, request, nor prior cancellation of the plan occurs beyond 4 weeks of billing, sponsors will receive the VIP Donor's Shop Advance (Darq Gift option) by default for that billed month.

Renewal & Billing
Subscriptions will auto-renew at the custom date you select at checkout.
Subscribers are encouraged to cancel the next month's subscription via their account's My Subscriptions page in advance, lest they be charged for the month. Once charged, PURCHASES ARE FINAL, and there are no refunds or exchanges, unless you are an upper Sponsors Tier.
Lucky Cat's Jade and Darq Diamond Muse sponsors have a 1-Week Grace Period to ask for a refund after being billed if they have not yet requested a Darq Gift for the month during those 7 days.
