Shipping & Processing
I ship with USPS Priority Package! Processing times for premade and prelisted items is about 1-3 business days. Packages are sent out the next business day, in which it takes approximately 3-5 days to ship within the United States. Rural destinations may take 5-7 days to reach.
Discounts
Shoppers may have discount codes from my sales, events, from membership, or other promotional events. Discounts can be used in addition to preexisting sales, but only one coupon can be used at a time.
Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
I do not take refunds nor make exchanges or repairs online.
In person, when boothing at art markets, I can take exchanges and repairs.
The one acceptable situation for a refund is if the item received was incorrect or broken on arrival. I encourage all my shoppers to reach out to me if they have questions about a particular item. You can contact me below if you have concerns, questions, or feedback.
